About the Opportunity
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with experience in the SaaS and technology domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM platforms, Helpdesk systems, and business software solutions, along with the ability to create compelling and SEO-driven content for digital audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content for topics related to:
- CRM platforms
- SaaS applications
- Helpdesk and support systems
- Business productivity tools
- Create and manage various content formats, including:
- Blogs and articles
- Website and landing page content
- Product-related content
- Social media captions and campaigns
- Email marketing content
- Case studies, guides, and whitepapers
- Translate technical product features into simple and engaging customer-focused content
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to support branding and content strategies
- Review and edit content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Research industry trends and competitor content for new ideas
- Ensure timely delivery of content as per content schedules
Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional content writing experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- SaaS-based products
- CRM software
- Customer support/helpdesk tools
- Excellent English writing and proofreading skills
- Understanding of SEO content writing techniques
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Good internet research and analytical skills
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with SaaS or IT companies
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Grammarly
- Understanding of B2B marketing and audience targeting
