We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior project estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and vendor coordination. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate project cost estimates while ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and interior drawings.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare project budgets and cost reports.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Analyze project costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Maintain an updated database of material and labor rates.
- Support tender preparation and submission.
- Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and costing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and market rates.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, residential, and office interior projects.
- Knowledge of tendering and procurement processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
