About Us
Shri Ram Raja Mahila Girah Udyog is a growing FMCG snack manufacturing company established in 2013. We manufacture and supply snack products under the Papaji brand across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh through a strong distributor network. We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Factory Operations Incharge to manage our day-to-day factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete factory operations.
- Manage production planning and daily production targets.
- Handle worker attendance, discipline, and work allocation.
- Ensure product quality and proper packing standards.
- Monitor raw material, packing material, and finished goods stock.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline inside the factory.
- Submit daily production and operations reports to the owner.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in factory/manufacturing operations.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible personality.
This Role Does NOT Include
- Accounting
- Billing
- GST or Tally work
- Purchase negotiations
- Vendor payments
- Cash handling or financial transactions
