About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Management to strengthen client relationships, drive client acquisition, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales and client acquisition, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Engage with leads, understand their requirements, and guide them through the client journey.
* Drive client acquisition through consultative sales and relationship management.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver seamless service.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Contribute to revenue growth by achieving client acquisition and engagement targets.
Requirements
* MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
* 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Client Relationship Management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
