We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth for B2B businesses, preferably in the SaaS domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing and executing SEO strategies that improve search visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research focused on B2B buyer intent and SaaS-related search opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization including metadata, internal linking, content structure, and technical improvements.
- Work closely with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to build SEO-driven content strategies.
- Manage technical SEO audits, including crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Optimize landing pages for conversions while maintaining SEO best practices.
- Analyze competitors, identify content gaps, and recommend opportunities for growth.
- Track, measure, and report SEO performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, MQLs, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and SaaS industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in B2B and SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Experience in SEO for long sales-cycle and high-intent B2B customer journeys.
- Expertise in keyword research, content optimization, and competitive analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS products with global markets.
- Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) SEO strategies.
- Understanding of content funnels, customer journey mapping, and lead generation.
- Experience in programmatic SEO and topical authority building.
