Planning Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Planning Engineer to manage project planning and execution tracking across the full construction lifecycle — from excavation through to handover. The role requires close coordination with contractors and consultants, and a strong technical grasp of construction processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project plans covering all stages of construction, from excavation to handover.
- Monitor and maintain an ongoing record of site activities.
- Ensure that planned activities are implemented within scheduled timelines.
- Serve as the single point of contact for coordination between contractors and consultants.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Apply an in-depth understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes to planning and execution.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and on-site construction processes.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and analyzing BOQs.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficient with computers and relevant planning/reporting tools.
