Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful visual concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for:
- Social media campaigns
- Websites and landing pages
- Digital advertisements
- Email marketing
- Print materials (brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive brand visuals.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare final files for print and digital production.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of professional design experience (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UX/UI design principles etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience working in a marketing agency or creative team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platform design requirements.
