Job Title: Content Creator & Video Editor
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Content Creator who can help grow our personal brand/profile through high-quality short-form videos.
The person should be comfortable recording videos, editing reels/shorts, creating engaging captions, and posting content regularly on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Record short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes clips, testimonials, and daily content.
- Edit videos with hooks, captions, subtitles, transitions, music, effects, and clean finishing.
- Create viral-style reels using trending formats, audios, and content ideas.
- Post videos on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Repurpose long videos into short clips for reels and shorts.
- Create basic thumbnails, cover images, and text overlays.
- Track content performance and suggest what type of content can grow faster.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral hooks, reels formats, and editing styles.
- Coordinate with the founder/team for daily content planning and execution.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content formats.
- Video shooting and mobile/content camera handling skills.
- Strong video editing skills using apps like CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
- Ability to write basic captions, hooks, and call-to-actions.
- Creative mindset with understanding of what grabs attention online.
- Fast execution and ability to create multiple pieces of content daily.
- Basic sense of branding, aesthetics, lighting, framing, and sound.
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and personal branding.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment and travelling for work.
- Can take initiative and bring new ideas for viral growth.
- Should be disciplined, punctual, and consistent with content delivery.
- Prior experience in creating reels, shorts, or influencer content will be preferred.
