Position: Compliance Officer – US Staffing

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support our Bench Sales team by ensuring all consultant documentation, vendor requirements, and submission processes comply with client and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining consultant records, validating documentation, and ensuring smooth consultant marketing and placement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and maintain consultant documentation including resumes, work authorization documents, and compliance records.
- Ensure all consultant profiles are updated and ready for marketing to vendors and clients.
- Review and validate employment documents, visas, and work authorization details.
- Track document expiration dates and coordinate timely renewals.
- Maintain consultant databases and compliance trackers with accuracy.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales Recruiters to ensure complete and compliant submissions.
- Review vendor agreements, client requirements, and consultant onboarding documents.
- Conduct regular audits of consultant records and identify compliance gaps.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and client-specific requirements.
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation status updates for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Specification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing, Bench Sales Operations, Compliance, or Onboarding.
- Understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS/CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
