Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging classroom activities and lesson plans.
- Monitor and assess children's academic and social development.
- Maintain student progress records and reports.
- Supervise assistant teachers and classroom aides.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Support children's overall physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Lead Teacher / Head Teacher in preschool.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Patient, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
