Graduate Engineer Trainee – Supply Chain & Operations Communications (IIT Graduates Preferred)
Location: Civil Area / Site-Based Experience: Fresher (Class of 2025 / 2026)Industry: Infrastructure / Infratech / Manufacturing About Us
We are not just a software company; we are an infrastructure company whose moat is cutting-edge workflow technology. We are solving the single biggest bottleneck in the Indian EPC and construction sector: Material Readiness.
Every massive infrastructure project is governed by the "Iron Triangle" of Schedule, Cost, and Quality, which relies heavily on the 3 Ms: Material, Manpower, and Machinery. We own the Material readiness vertical, transforming chaotic site requests into a clean, visible, and bulletproof workflow.
We are looking for sharp, analytical, and highly articulate minds from India's premier institutes (IITs) to bridge the gap between heavy engineering operations and tech-driven supply chain management.
The Role: What You Will Do
As a GET in Supply Chain & Operations Communications, you won't just sit behind a desk. You will be at the heartbeat of execution, ensuring that the "Site as a Unit" achieves 100% workflow coverage. You will act as the vital communication and operational link between site engineers, stores, and project directors.
- Drive Site Adoption & Coverage: Work directly on-site to transition stakeholders (Site-in-Charge, Project Directors, Store-in-Charge, and Field Engineers) from traditional chaos to our structured workflow platform.
- Operational Communication: Bridge the communication gap between site reality and downstream procurement. Ensure daily material indents and requests are moving flawlessly from request to receipt.
- Data-Driven Supply Chain Management: Track metrics for high-value projects (~₹100 Cr+ project turnover). Monitor and clear bottlenecks for thousands of active indents.
- Feedback Loop Creation: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground. Translate the practical difficulties of users working in the dust and on the move into actionable insights for our Design and Engineering teams.
What Constitutes a "Win" in This Role?
- Not a Win: A few isolated sign-ups or getting a couple of engineers to use a tool.
- A Real Win: Managing a fully covered, live site where all key stakeholders are actively driving 100% of their material demand through the system.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Education: B.Tech / Dual Degree from a premier Indian Institute of Technology (IIT preferred). Open to all engineering branches (Civil, Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering is a heavy plus).
- Experience: Fresher. We want raw problem-solving capability, high energy, and a clean slate.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be equally comfortable presenting data to a corporate Project Director as you are explaining a workflow to a ground-level Store-in-Charge.
- Grit & Mindset: You believe that "Infra leads and Tech serves". You are willing to work in civil environments/construction sites where the real action happens, prioritizing substance over flashy corporate labels.
Why Join Us?
- High Impact: You will directly influence the efficiency of ₹100 Crore+ infrastructure projects.
- Unmatched Exposure: You will gain a deep, 360-degree understanding of supply chain logistics, procurement, and tech deployment in heavy industries.
- Accelerated Growth: Working at the intersection of a massive traditional industry and proprietary software gives you a career trajectory that typical corporate IT or traditional manufacturing roles cannot match.
To Apply: Please submit your resume highlighting any supply chain, operations, or leadership experience during your time at IIT.
Work Location: In person
