Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Incharge to manage showroom sales operations and lead the sales team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily showroom sales activities
- Guide and monitor sales staff performance
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer satisfaction and support
- Monitor stock movement and product display
- Coordinate with billing, accounts, and admin team
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Experience in retail/showroom sales preferred
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Responsible and target-oriented person
Experience:
2–5 Years Experience Preferred
