Key Responsibilities
- Digital Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier professionals using advanced boolean searches on platforms like linkedin, naukri,workindia, indeed, job hai, etc
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough initial virtual screenings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams to assess technical capabilities and cultural fit.
- Process Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, keeping applicant records meticulously updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Experience: Act as a strategic advisor to candidates, ensuring clear communication, prompt feedback, and a welcoming remote onboarding journey.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with hiring managers via Slack to define role requirements and streamline interview stages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar HR role.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday or Greenhouse.
- Exceptional communication and "remote empathy" skills—the ability to build genuine trust and connections virtually.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to track hiring metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- A highly reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
