Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Support: Manage day-to-day IT support, handle hardware/software installations, and monitor network servers for peak availability.
- Network Administration: Oversee LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN configurations while maintaining user access permissions.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor data security protocols, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and two-factor authentication.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Collaborate with IT vendors, negotiate software/hardware contracts, and maintain an updated IT inventory.
- Data Backups: Execute regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 5+ years in IT operations, system administration, or technical support, depending on the organizational level.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
