- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, Generative AI. and Agentic AI
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure management to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues to maintain high availability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration to support modern deployment environments.
- Expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
