Pizza Twist, an International Restaurant Chain, is looking for an energetic and experienced Barista Manager to lead our café operations at our Model Town, Jalandhar outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, customer handling experience, and knowledge of café/barista operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily café and beverage operations smoothly
- Supervise and guide barista staff and assistants
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Handle inventory, stock management, and billing coordination
- Train staff in coffee preparation and service standards
- Monitor team performance and shift scheduling
Requirements
- Previous experience in café, QSR, or restaurant management preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team management capability
- Basic knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation
