We are looking for highly driven Founding Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help us build the future of AI powered healthcare.

What You'll Do
- Execute end-to-end marketing and sales initiatives.
- Plan and run growth campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create engaging AI-assisted content for social media and marketing.
- Record or coordinate authentic UGC (User-Generated Content) videos for product promotion.
- Work closely with the founders on customer acquisition, brand building, and growth experiments.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
What We're Looking For
- Prior hands-on experience in marketing and sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.).
- Confident creating or appearing in UGC-style videos, or willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting, and delivering results.
