We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's overall strategy, operations, business growth, and team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the IT/software industry and the ability to drive business expansion while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall strategy and business growth.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Drive sales, business development, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with product and development teams to define product vision and roadmap.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.
- Develop and execute business plans and growth strategies.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in business meetings, events, and strategic discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the IT/Software industry.
- Experience in leadership roles such as CEO, COO, General Manager, Business Head, Operations Head, or Senior Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, or software product businesses.
- Proven experience in business development, operations, and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a startup or scaling a technology company is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
