Site Supervisor – Instrumentation / Electrical
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate Instrumentation and Electrical activities at the project site. The candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, cable laying, termination, testing, commissioning, and manpower handling in industrial/PSU projects.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to instrumentation and electrical works.
- Monitor cable laying, glanding, termination, and panel interconnection works.
- Coordinate erection and installation of field instruments, JB, panels, motors, and electrical equipment.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and safety standards.
- Handle site manpower, assign jobs, and monitor productivity.
- Maintain daily progress reports and material consumption records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, client representatives, and contractors.
- Assist in testing, loop checking, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with EHS requirements.
- Report any technical issues, delays, or material shortages to the Site In-charge.
- Knowledge of instrumentation and electrical installation practices.
- Understanding of single line diagrams, cable schedules, loop drawings, and GA drawings.
- Familiarity with multimeter, megger, and basic testing tools.
- Ability to manage workforce and site execution independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹10,139.08 - ₹20,000.00 per month
