Our team is dedicated to high-quality, AV systems, and we are looking for a skilled L3 AV Installer to join us and take ownership of site installations and system commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of site installations, from planning to client sign-off.
- Interpret and validate AV system schematics, signal flow diagrams, and rack layouts.
- Commission AV systems, including configuration, calibration, and power-up testing.
- Perform hands-on system integration with DSPs, matrix switchers, control systems, and networked devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
- Lead small installation teams and mentor L1 and L2 installers.
- Ensure cabling quality, safety, and adherence to AV industry standards.
- Track and report project progress, maintain documentation, and produce formal RCA reports.
- Support remote configuration and on-site system optimization.
- Proactively identify and resolve integration issues before escalation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience with AV system integration and commissioning.
- Hands-on knowledge of DSPs, matrix switchers, and control systems.
- Ability to manage tasks, small projects, and installation teams.
- Proficient in documenting test results, issues, and resolutions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teams.

- Q-SYS – Level 0

- AMX – Product Training
