- Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, FirstCry, and Shopify website.
- Create and update product content, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations teams to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
- Customer Experience from track order , returns, refunds, and customer feedback.
- Execute and monitor marketplace promotions, deals
- Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain catalogue accuracy and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Support customer service queries related to orders and products.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
