Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage end-to-end Government Tendering, GeM operations, and Procurement processes across major government procurement portals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing bids, managing documentation, and coordinating procurement activities to ensure successful bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage GeM portal operations including BOQ preparation, Reverse Auction (RA), Direct Purchase, and L1 management.
Handle government tender submissions on portals such as CPPP / eProcure and various State & PSU e-procurement portals.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in compliance with tender requirements.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and eligibility criteria for government tenders.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and management for bid preparation and procurement processes.
Track tender status, bid results, and maintain tender documentation records.
Manage procurement activities related to government orders after tender approval.
Strong experience in GeM Portal operations and Government Tendering.
Knowledge of CPPP, eProcure, and other State/PSU procurement portals.
Understanding of government procurement norms, bidding process, and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Experience: 57 Years in Government Tendering / GeM / Procurement
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
