Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive responsible for converting provided leads into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle outbound /Inbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
· Explain products/services and generate customer interest.
· Convert leads into successful sales closures.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversion.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in CRM.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Key Skills Required:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
· Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
· Result-driven with a sales-oriented approach.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
· 0–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (Freshers with good communication can apply).
