Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid
growth across Google, Meta, and App ecosystems. The role requires strong hands-on execution
combined with strategic thinking on funnel optimization, experimentation, and ROI-driven
scaling.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and scale paid performance channels including Google Search, YouTube, Meta,
App campaigns, and remarketing
● Drive end-to-end funnel optimization from creative → landing page → conversion →
remarketing
● Plan and manage large monthly budgets with a clear focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV
● Lead creative strategy in collaboration with design and content teams; test messaging,
formats, and hooks
● Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
● Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership with actionable insights
● Work closely with product, tech, and sales teams to improve conversion rates and lead
quality
● Track user behavior and intent signals to optimize lead quality and downstream
conversions
What We’re Looking For
● 5–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing at scale
● Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display), Meta Ads, and App
campaigns
● Proven track record of managing ₹10Cr+ annual spends with measurable ROI
● Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, tracking, and experimentation frameworks
● Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.)
● Experience in EdTech / Consumer Internet is a strong plus
● Experience working with mobile apps and in-app conversion funnels
● Prior exposure to high-intent lead funnels and sales-assisted conversions
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
