Job Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM expert with strong experience in managing hardware and software asset lifecycle using ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage ServiceNow ITAM modules – HAM & SAM
Maintain accurate asset lifecycle, compliance, and reconciliation
Handle software license management and optimization
Integrate asset data with CMDB and procurement systems
Support audits and ensure license compliance
Required Skills:
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM)
Hands‑on with asset lifecycle management and reconciliation
Good understanding of IT assets, contracts, and licensing models
ServiceNow ITAM certification is a plus
