- Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce applications with external systems.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in dynamic environments.
