Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign strategy, lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads while maximizing ROI across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, targeting, and budgets to achieve KPIs.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining target CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
- Coordinate with SEO, Content, Graphic Design, and Web Development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable business results.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing high-budget advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing campaigns for Real Estate, Business Setup, Corporate Services, or B2B industries.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously while delivering performance-driven results.
Pay: ₹25,705.10 - ₹40,358.46 per month
