Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor with hands-on experience in the IDS Hotel Management System to oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will supervise the front office team, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the front office and reception team.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and billing using the IDS Hotel Management System.
- Handle reservations, room availability, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure accurate guest records, billing, and payment processing.
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Train, mentor, and monitor front office staff to maintain service excellence.
- Prepare daily reports, occupancy reports, and shift handover reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective room management.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in front office operations within a hotel or resort.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience using the IDS Hotel Management System is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
