Role Snapshot
Title: Technical Interior Designer
Core Function: Translate design intent into precise, coordinated technical documentation and 3D outputs for seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
2D Design & Planning
● Develop layout plans, furniture plans, and zoning studies
● wall elevations, flooring layout, RCP
● Translate concepts into clear schematic drawings
Working Drawings (Execution Set)● Produce detailed, dimensioned GFC drawings
● Develop door/window schedules and architectural detailing
● Coordinate electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing layouts
Joinery & Detailing
● Create detailed furniture, joinery, and modular drawings
● Develop paneling, moulding etc.
● Specify hardware, materials, and construction details
● Resolve site-level detailing for execution accuracy
Material & Documentation
● Prepare finish schedules and material specifications
● Support BOQ inputs and quantity references
3D Development
● Build 3D models aligned with design intent
● Produce high-quality renders and visualizations
● Develop 3D details for custom elements and presentations
● Ability to design and model loose furniture in 3D (accurate proportions, joinery awareness)
● Ability to integrate decor elements (handicrafts, artworks, fabrics, ornate lighting, luxury accents) into 3D models with accuracy and aesthetic coherence
Coordination & Delivery
● Align drawings with consultants and site conditions
● Ensure drawing consistency across disciplines
● Support site queries with quick, accurate revisions
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
● Strong knowledge: materials, joinery, construction methods
● Strong understanding of furniture ergonomics and human scale
● Understanding of MEP coordination
● Strong styling sensibility aligned with high-end / bespoke interiors
Tools & Software Expertise
● AutoCAD (advanced drafting)
● SketchUp / Rhino (3D modeling)
● 3ds Max / Blender + V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion [Any 3D render software]
● Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
● MS Excel (BOQ, documentation)

Pay: ₹20,000.74 - ₹40,000.00 per month
