We are looking for a courteous and energetic Steward to join our team at Chaupati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining hygiene and service standards.
Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing team for smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior experience in restaurant/hospitality is preferred (freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food & beverages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
