Overview
We are hiring business head who will be responsible for driving sales, expansion,& growth for their respective verticals (interior design, fashion design, VFX/animation). Their primary task would be achieving sales targets, ensuring profitability for their vertical, & setting up processes that are growth oriented. They should be able to set up quotas & goals, create sales plans, & collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation.
Required skills
- Proven work experience as business head / business development manager/sales manager
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
- Growth-oriented & result-driven mindset
