Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive for our agri-input retail store located in Byculla, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in retail sales of seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, or agricultural products and be proficient in Arabic, English, and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
The role involves assisting customers, supporting multilingual communication, promoting product sales, and maintaining smooth retail store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and assist them with selection of seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and related agricultural products.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Arabic, English, and Hindi to understand their requirements.
- Provide product recommendations and explain product usage as required.
- Support Arabic-speaking customers with product-related communication and assistance.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the retail store.
- Monitor stock availability and inform concerned team members when replenishment is required.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding safe handling and use of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the retail store.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales of seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, or agri-input products.
- Experience in agriculture retail store preferred.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural products is desirable.
Language Requirements
- Arabic – Required
- English – Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Hindi –Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Marathi – Preferred (Added Advantage)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
