Role Summary:
To operate VMC/Turning CNC machines to produce precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, and safety standards.
VMC/Turning CNC मशीनों का संचालन कर ड्रॉइंग के अनुसार प्रिसिजन कंपोनेंट्स बनाना, गुणवत्ता, उत्पादकता और सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines.
CNC मशीनों का सेटअप और संचालन करना
Interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग और प्रोसेस शीट को समझना
Load/unload components and monitor the machining process.
कंपोनेंट्स को लोड/अनलोड करना और मशीनिंग प्रक्रिया की निगरानी करना
Perform in-process inspections using verniers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
वर्नियर, माइक्रोमीटर, गेज आदि से इन-प्रोसेस निरीक्षण करना
Maintain machine cleanliness and adhere to 5S practices.
मशीन की साफ-सफाई और 5S का पालन करना
Report any defects, tool wear, or machine malfunctions.
किसी भी डिफेक्ट, टूल वियर या मशीन समस्या की रिपोर्ट करना
Meet production targets and quality standards.
उत्पादन लक्ष्य और गुणवत्ता मानकों को पूरा करना
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
