Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Manager with experience in apartment sales to join our Site Office at Ayappakkam & Vanagaram. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in high-rise residential sales, strong customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Work Location: RLD Aura(G+5) (Ayappakkam @ Chennai) &
RLD Merlion Estate(G+17) (Vanagaram @ Chennai)
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle walk-in customers and respond to phone and online inquiries.
· Explain project features, floor plans, pricing, and payment options.
· Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
· Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and other internal teams for seamless customer handover.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
· Represent the company at property exhibitions and promotional events.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in high-rise residential apartment sales.
· Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Skills Required:
· Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
· Excellent customer relationship and presentation skills.
· Good understanding of residential real estate sales processes.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and other basic computer applications.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
