- Prepare soft and fresh burger buns, milk buns, hot dog buns, pav buns, sweet buns, sandwich bread and artisan breads.
- Produce a wide range of bakery products including croissants, Danish pastries, puff pastries, cookies, muffins, brownies, cakes, donuts, pizza base, garlic bread, buns, rolls and other baked items.
- Prepare dough from scratch, manage fermentation, proofing and baking.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, colour and appearance.
- Develop new bakery recipes and improve existing products.
- Plan daily production according to demand.
- Monitor raw material quality and inventory.
- Ensure minimum wastage and maximum efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Train junior bakery staff when required.
- Work closely with the café team for daily production requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
