- Visual Asset Creation: Concept, design, and produce a wide range of assets, including digital marketing graphics, social media content, email templates, website banners, presentation decks, and print collateral.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate our brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in color palettes, typography, and voice.
- Collaborative Concepting: Partner closely with marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm creative campaigns and translate brief requirements into compelling visuals.
- Production & Asset Management: Prepare final, production-ready files for both digital platforms and print vendors. Organize and maintain our shared internal asset library.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on design tools, industry trends, and emerging platforms to keep our visual output fresh and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house team preferred).
- Technical Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing layout design, typography, brand identity work, and digital asset creation.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- UI/UX Exposure: Strong working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for collaborating on digital and web layouts.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofing skills to catch alignment issues, typos, or file setup errors before assets go live.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Pay: ₹10,216.51 - ₹20,559.81 per month
