We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can support our visual communication, digital marketing, and brand design needs.
Role Overview
As a Junior Graphic Designer, supporting marketing team’s creative initiatives in creating visually appealing and consistent content across all platforms.
Your role will include designing digital creatives, social media posts, basic video edits, and layout designs that align with the EEZ Align brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating digital graphics for social media, website, and campaigns.
- Developing visual concepts and layouts.
- Perform basic photo and video editing.
- Design posters, infographics, and digital ad creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Prepare design files and assets for publishing or print when required.
- Work collaboratively with internal team to meet creative deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 year of experience in graphic design or internships in a similar role.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Familiarity with social media design trends and formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Keen attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow direction and work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Understanding of UI design principles.
- Experience with healthcare, fitness, or wellness branding.
