Job Summary
Sathya Fibernet is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Head to lead overall ISP (Internet Service Provider) operations, drive subscriber growth, enhance customer experience, manage revenue and profitability, and oversee sales, service, and network operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience in Broadband, ISP, or Fibernet businesses.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve subscriber acquisition targets.
- Develop and execute sales and expansion strategies for Fibernet services.
- Manage end-to-end ISP operations including Sales, Installation, Customer Support, and Service Delivery.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, customer retention, and operational performance.
- Lead regional sales teams, service teams, and operational staff.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Build relationships with corporate customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Review network performance and coordinate with technical teams for service improvements.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Broadband, ISP, Fibernet, or related industries.
