About the Role
Tech Exactly is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain CRM data, and support the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience handling CRM platforms, managing lead pipelines, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and clients.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills who can help optimize customer engagement and improve sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system by updating customer information, lead status, opportunities, and activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of leads, contacts, accounts, and sales data.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up and lead progression.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure timely customer communication.
- Track customer interactions through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports, dashboards, and sales performance metrics.
- Identify inactive or overdue leads and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
- Ensure data accuracy, eliminate duplicate records, and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Support lead assignment, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and sales processes.
- Assist in CRM automation, workflow improvements, and process documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data.
Required Skills & ExperienceCRM & Sales Operations
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM management, Sales Operations, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead lifecycle, and customer engagement processes.
- Experience in generating reports, dashboards, and sales analytics.
Communication & Coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination skills with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities efficiently.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with IT services sales or SaaS industry is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with B2B clients and international customers is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹11,068.39 - ₹32,512.46 per month
