We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Performance Marketing to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and grow social media presence across major platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven knowledge of Performance Marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of social media marketing strategies.
- Experience in audience targeting, retargeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
