Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Program Advisor to counsel prospective students for UGC-approved online Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degree programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills with a passion for helping students make informed academic and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding UGC-approved online UG & PG degree programs.
- Understand students' academic background and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and follow-ups with leads.
- Explain program features, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and the admission process.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by providing end-to-end guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Ensure an excellent student experience throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
