Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–1 year experience in design or manufacturing (automotive preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 2D/3D models using SolidWorks, NX, and AutoCAD
- Assist in mold/tool design and development processes
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Follow Lean, TPM, and IATF 16949 quality practices
- Support root cause analysis using tools like 5-Why
- Maintain daily production and design documentation
- Coordinate with CNC team to meet machining targets
- Ensure workplace safety and 5S standards
