Core Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Performing comprehensive physical examinations, recording detailed medical histories, and assessing patients in outpatient (OPD) or urgent situations.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Identifying illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions to create appropriate management plans.
- Medication and Care: Prescribing medication, administering treatments, and providing preventive care, including vaccinations.
- Diagnostic Interpretation: Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic tools.
- Emergency Response: Providing immediate care in emergency situations and coordinating with specialists for urgent referrals.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate, confidential electronic medical records (EMR).
Key Skills and Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree.
- Licensure: Valid license from the respective state medical council.
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in medical diagnosis, patient consultation, and basic clinical procedures.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work in team environments.
Pay: ₹30,208.31 - ₹70,269.87 per month
