Weblyte is an AI video ad production agency. We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented AI Video Artist to join our core creative team in Changanassery.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling. You will take finalized scripts and concepts, translate them into highly specific visual prompts, and generate top-tier cinematic videos using leading AI video tools. If you have a strong eye for cinematography, composition, and visual continuity combined with a deep technical understanding of prompt engineering we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Scene Generation: Break down Malayalam/English ad scripts into detailed visual scenes and concept frames.
- Character & Asset Creation: Develop consistent characters, environments, and visual styles using Nano Banana Pro or other AI tools.
- Video Generation: Produce high-quality, cinematic video clips using Veo 3 (Google Flow) or other models.
- Credit Efficiency Management: Maintain a highly optimized workflow, aiming to secure the desired shot with the least credit utilization to carefully manage software credit budgets.
- Pipeline Collaboration: Maintain a smooth asset handoff to our video editing team for final sound effects, timing, and rendering.
- Art Direction: Work closely with the team to ensure visual assets align perfectly with the client's brand strategy and ad goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- AI Tool Fluency: Prior experience or deep practical familiarity with video generation models and platforms (e.g., Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, OpenArt, or similar tools).
- Cinematic Vision: Strong understanding of camera angles, lighting, framing, composition, and visual continuity.
- Prompt Engineering Mastery: Ability to write precise, effective, descriptive text prompts to achieve target visuals quickly without wasting platform generation credits.
- Location: Must be able to work out of our office in Changanassery, Kerala, with a flexible/hybrid working option available.

How to Apply & Hiring Process
To protect our platform infrastructure and ensure a great fit, our selection process includes a practical skill evaluation:
- Submit Application: Apply with your resume and a link to any previous design, video editing, or AI art portfolio.
- Screening Task: Shortlisted candidates will be provided a short sample script line to generate 2–3 matching scenes using their chosen AI tools. This evaluates prompt efficiency, style consistency, and visual quality.
- Interview: Final round at our office (or via video call) to review your test, discuss workflow, and meet the team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
