- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Pages.
- Experience in designing and developing custom web applications using Microsoft Power Pages.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to Microsoft Power Pages.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Pages with other Microsoft Power Platform components and external systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within Microsoft Power Pages environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Pages.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
