We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Accountant who has strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and can accurately calculate the cost involved from raw material to finished goods. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper accounting records and analyzing production costs to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Maintain complete accounting records related to manufacturing operations. Calculate and analyze raw material cost, production cost, labor cost, overheads, and total cost of finished goods. Prepare cost sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and product-wise costing reports. Track and record raw material consumption, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods inventory. Monitor production expenses and variance analysis to control manufacturing costs. Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation. Coordinate with production and purchase departments for accurate costing and material tracking. Prepare monthly MIS reports related to manufacturing and costing. Ensure proper journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. Assist in GST compliance related to manufacturing transactions. Maintain documentation for audit and financial reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting and Cost Accounting. Experience in product costing, BOM preparation, and inventory valuation. Understanding of raw material to finished goods cost calculation. Knowledge of WIP accounting and production cost tracking. Experience with Tally / ERP accounting software. Good knowledge of MS Excel (cost analysis, reports, data management). Understanding of GST and basic taxation related to manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. Good communication and coordination skills.
