Role Summary
We are looking for a versatile, dynamic Office Administration Manager & HR Lead to oversee our
physical office operations and drive core human resource functions for our software development
company. This dual-portfolio role demands a hands-on professional who can seamlessly manage
day-to-day workplace operations, coordinate tech-focused recruitment pipelines, enforce IT asset
governance, and foster an engaging culture in a 100% on-site setup.
Key HR Responsibilities
- Tech Recruitment: Partner with engineering managers to source, screen, and pipeline technical talent
(Software Developers, QA, DevOps) through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end onboarding, credential provisioning, background verification
(BGC) governance, and final offboarding operations.
- Payroll & Compliance: Oversee time, attendance, leave logs, and interface with payroll processors. Ensure
absolute statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and regional labor laws.
- Performance & Culture: Facilitate annual appraisal frameworks, conflict management sessions, and
implement proactive employee engagement activities tailored for technical teams.
Key Administrative & Facility Responsibilities
- Facility & Infrastructure Management: Direct daily office operations, uptime of physical workspaces,
internet redundancy, power backups, and overall workspace hygiene.
- Vendor & Procurement Management: Negotiate, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships for cafeteria
services, facility maintenance, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and housekeeping.
- IT Asset Tracking: Collaborate with internal IT support to maintain a strict inventory ledger of hardware
assets (laptops, monitors, testing servers) allocated to developers.
- Budgetary Ownership: Manage petty cash, review recurring admin overhead invoices, and optimize
monthly operational expenses.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of blended experience handling HR and Admin operations, preferably within an
IT/Software or tech startup ecosystem.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with software
engineers, leadership, and external government/legal agencies.
- Commute Flexibility: Ability and willingness to sustain a 100% work-from-office schedule in the
Mumbai/Navi Mumbai metropolitan region.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable working with modern HRIS portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS),
spreadsheet software, and basic IT inventory models.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
