Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Solar Sales Executives to join our growing team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, promoting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and direct marketing.
- Meet residential and commercial customers to understand their solar energy requirements.
- Explain solar products, benefits, pricing, and return on investment.
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Qualifications
- PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Prior sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
