We are seeking a meticulous, eco-conscious Lead Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant with 4 to 6 years of experience to manage our premium property featuring 8 bedroom en-suites.

Instead, we rely on high-performance, eco-friendly, and non-toxic cleaning methods to maintain our spaces. Key Responsibilities
1. En-Suite Maintenance & Conscious Detailing
Complete full daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and turn-down services for all 8 bedroom en-suites to strict luxury standards.
Deliver meticulous bathroom sanitation using specialized, non-toxic, and non-abrasive techniques required for high-end finishes, including delicate brass fixtures and natural stone.
Master the art of chemical-free polishing to ensure brass and metal fixtures remain bright and tarnish-free without stripping their finish.
Execute flawless bed-making, including crisp hospital corners, duvet styling, and pillow presentation.
Monitor room inventory, replenishing high-end organic guest amenities, linens, and refreshments.
2. Eco-Friendly Laundry & Linens Operation
Manage the daily washing, drying, pressing, and folding of all organic bed linens, towels, and bathrobes.
Treat delicate fabrics and stubborn stains utilizing green stain-removal methods, natural enzymes, and plant-based treatments.
Maintain a tight rotation of linen inventory to ensure rooms are never left waiting for fresh setups.
Organize the laundry room, ensuring strict adherence to our chemical-free, scent-free, or eco-certified supply protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4–6 years of stable experience in a high-end housekeeping role (Boutique property, luxury resort, or private estate highly preferred).
Conscious Care Expertise: Proven experience or deep interest in green cleaning methodologies. Knowledge of how to clean luxury surfaces (like brass and marble) safely without conventional chemicals.
Time Management: Proven ability to balance the physical demands of prepping 8 en-suites while timing natural laundry cycles effectively.
Eye for Detail: High standards for the subtleties of luxury—perfectly aligned amenities, wrinkle-free organic sheets, and immaculate, residue-free bathrooms.
Discretion: Absolute respect for privacy, boundaries, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
