Job Summary
KNS Air Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven HVAC Sales Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in HVAC sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, meeting clients, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for HVAC products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and lead generation.
- Meet consultants, contractors, architects, builders, and industrial clients.
- Promote HVAC products including AHUs, Packaged Units, Ventilation Units, Evaporative Cooling Systems, Scrubber Units, and related products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate orders.
- Coordinate with the design, projects, and production teams for project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into successful orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/management on sales activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC Sales is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of HVAC products and systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in handling B2B HVAC sales.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and MEP companies.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
